Wow! What an incredible night at Toastmasters. This week, we held our annual open house – attended by almost 100 guests and members (virtually, of course). Over half of those said it was their first time ever at Toastmasters – a warm welcome to everyone!!
A huge thanks, and congratulations to our hard-working committee for organising this event. And well done to all of our speakers – for some, it was the largest group they had ever presented to – a great achievement!
The positive mood and high energy levels created an excellent atmosphere, and the schedule ran something like this:

- 8 excellent Table Topics facilitated by our talented Table Topic Master Scott Baker
- 3 fantastic speeches from Ga Lok, Olga Galaiko, and Tim Cummings
- Evaluations from Olya Purikova, Jon Lam and Matilda Hay
- A helpful Q&A Session by for our guests by Cristelle Delaporte
Jonty Rooke did a wonderful job as our Toastmaster to keep us all entertained and keep the meeting running smoothly.
We were blown-away by the positive feedback from all of our guests, who were attending from around the world. Thank you so much for joining and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. We hope that some of you will join our club as members one day soon!
