FIRST HALF OF THE MEETING
- Jonty Rooke led the meeting as the Toastmaster.
- Saloomeh introduced a new word of the day for our members and guests to use in their speech.
- Andrew Twinn handed out fun topics for our guests and members to complete a 1 – 2 minute speech on.
AFTER THE NETWORKING BREAK
- Diprenda Mistry gave his first icebreaker speech entitled ‘The rice pudding eruption’.
- James Lagrange spoke about his ‘philosophy in life’.
- Rachel De Cesaro gave her speech entitled ‘When it hits you, you feel no pain!’.
- Cristelle Delaporte gave her speech entitled ‘To lead is not to do.
WINNERS
- Congratulations to Cristelle Delaporte for winning the Best Speaker for prepared speeches.
- Congratulations to Rolf Merchant for winning as Best Evaluator.
- Congratulations to our guest for winning as Best Table Topics Speaker.
