Covid safety measures for meetings at St Botolph’s Church.

Whilst Government restrictions around covid have eased recently, we know that not everyone will want to dive straight back to in-person meetings. That’s why we are continuing to run our very successful and interactive virtual meetings, alongside piloting in-person meetings back at St Botolph’s church. Our priority is not only to keep you safe at in-person meetings, but to ensure you have the choice to attend meetings in whichever way you’re most comfortable with, and without pressure.

We have worked hard to ensure the safety of everyone who attends our in-person meetings at the Church, and in the spirit of consideration for your fellow members, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

  • We are limiting the number of people who can attend meetings at the Church to a maximum of 25 – to help us manage this, please use our eventbrite page to book your spot in advance if you plan on attending a meeting in person.
  • Hand sanitiser is available in the foyer at the Church entrance, please use this on arrival and when you leave.
  • We have signage posted throughout the Church to help manage your safety, please follow this guidance to help us help each other remain safe.
  • We have factored for two people to share each Church pew, allowing each person an optional 2 metres social distancing space.
  • We recommend you wear a mask whilst sitting or when you’re up and about on your feet, but of course you can remove your mask when speaking at the pulpit.
  • A QR code for track and trace is available in the foyer at the Church entrance for venue check in.
  • The Church is cleaned with antibacterial products before and after every meeting.

Thank you so much for your help getting us back to the Church safely!
