We enjoyed a wonderful Toastmasters meeting this week! We were delighted to welcome guests from around the world, including three very exceptional talented guest speakers. Tim Cummins facilitated the meeting in style as our Toastmaster.
It was a special “speakathon” meeting this week which means loads of great prepared speeches in place of normal improvised “Table Topic” speeches.
- Iveren Yongo – “Double trouble or double the fun“.
- Jonty Rooke – “Style and Substance“
- Ranjitha Justin – “The Coach“
- Oana Lazar – “Dream a little…“
- Kyle Murtagh – “The Ultimate Decision“
- Job Mogire – “A New Life!“
- Tracy Baker – “Music Moves, Motivates and Mellows Me“
Thank you and congratulations to all of our speakers for delivering such interesting and well-delivered speeches.
Our evaluators delivered descriptive and helpful reviews to help the speakers learn and improve. A huge thanks to Siobhan Flax, Jack Rowson, Bhavan Ramanathan, Rolf Merchant, Jamal Muse, Ga Lok Chung and Tim Cummins for taking these important roles and doing a great job!
The last item of the agenda is always to announce the winners. Congratulations to:
Ga Lok Chung for the best evaluation.
Tracy Baker for the best prepared speech.
Thanks to everyone who attended this week, especially our guests and guest speakers.
