We did it! One more fantastic year has passed at City Of London Toastmasters.
Our last meeting of 2018 was so much fun with a scintillating table topic session facilitated by Brad with topics such as ‘would Santa make a good cab driver?’, ‘what secret mission is Santa working on for MI6?’… We were lucky to hear a mix of 10 guests and members. Andrew won best Table Topic of the night with Timmy Tip Toe taking over Santa.
4 prepared speeches followed from both the traditional Toastmasters manual and the new Pathways program. ‘Sweet dreams are made of Cheese’ by Rolf won the best speech of the night for his deliciously mouth watering speech about his top 3 cheeses.
Evaluations followed, reminding us the power of feedback. Andrew won best evaluation of the evening.
We all finished at the pub and let conversations flow until 11pm!
