We had a full house at our meeting on Tuesday…Pathways really caught everyone’s attention, thanks for attending it.
At the first half, Mustapha, our Pathway Ambassador and Mark, our Pathways Guide presented the changes to the current education program, which will begin on 20th March.
Pathways is an evolution in the Toastmasters experience because you now get to customise your learning experience to fit your goals and needs. It allows you to explore brand new, dynamic projects that the current program doesn’t offer. The biggest changes you will experience are the new opportunities to grow more skills and master additional competencies.
Both new and current members will be able to choose one from ten Learning Paths, based on what best meets your interest. Each path is made up of five Levels of increasing complexity, with projects developed for real-world application. Isn’t that great?!
If you want to overcome your fear of public speaking, improve your communication skills and became a better leader, Toastmaster is and will always be the perfect place for it, regardless of its program 🙂 Everyone in the club is very excited about these changes and rest assured that we will keep supporting you all along!
And at the second half of the meeting, we had a great round of table topics and the winner was Tim Cummins, congratulations. An extended congratulations go to Daniel for taking on for the very first time the timekeeper role. Well done!
